Leadership Journey for Successful Small Business Owners

What does leadership look like for a small business owner? How are the skills you need to master, the same or different from what CEO’s at Fortune 500 company must learn? You spend most of your day focused on keeping the business going, reviewing your cash flow, negotiating with vendors, finding clients and marketing your product or service. How can you find time to focus on becoming a better leader and where do you start?

In this inspirational Opening Plenary Session, Mr. Chopra will share with us what he has learned from working with top CEO’s around the world. What leadership skills can be learned and how do you go about doing so?  You will leave the Plenary session with a clearer understand of the skills you want to cultivate to be good at business – and life.

Commit to starting your personal leadership journey!
